Due to the increased support we have received since opening our new location, we are looking to add additional retail staff. Specifically looking for someone to fill weekends Friday - Sunday 9:30-8:00 starting at $16/hour.

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers both in-person and online across various sales channels (in-store, TikTok, eBay, Shopify).
• Maintain a deep understanding and expertise in Pokemon trading cards and related products.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing by arranging and restocking inventory, ensuring proper display, and maintaining overall store presentation.
• Use internal tools to efficiently look up card pricing data for appraising single collectible cards during buy, sell, and trade transactions.
• Ensure accuracy in inventory management by keeping track of single card inventory and organizing them effectively.
• Update product pricing, create new listings, and modify product descriptions as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to implement sales strategies, promotions, and events to drive store sales and customer engagement.
• Assist customers in selecting, purchasing, and checking out items, both in-person and online.
• Process online orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in packaging and shipping.
• Handle cash and electronic transactions, maintaining accuracy and security in all monetary transactions.

As we grow our physical presence, we continue to grow our online presence. We are looking to expand to new platforms and opportunities and therefor excited to add additional On Stream Personalities. Looking to fill multiple time frames during the week starting at $16/hour.

Content Creation and Broadcasting:

• Conduct live streams, particularly pack breaks, engaging with viewers and customers in a personable and persuasive manner.
• Present and promote products charismatically during live streams to drive sales and enhance product visibility.
• Showcase product features, rarity, and value while opening packs to entice customer interest.

Order Fulfillment and Logistics:

• Manage order fulfillment for items opened during live streams, including packaging and shipping.
• Print shipping labels, select appropriate packaging, and optimize shipping costs to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.
• Maintain accuracy in order processing and shipping, ensuring timely delivery to customers.

Miscellaneous Responsibilities:

• Maintain a vibrant and engaging online presence during live streams, fostering a community and promoting customer interaction.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute engaging content ideas for live streams and social media platforms.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless coordination between live stream activities and in-store operations.
